Metrar Aluminium Design Competition: awards for outdoor and indoor play designs in November
The fourth edition of the national competition organised by Metrar invited students and professionals in industrial design, architecture and interior design to design play equipment for squares, parks, gardens and playrooms. Entries closed on 18 September, and the awards will be presented in November at the Faculty of Design and Communication of the University of Palermo.

What you need to know
- The winning project receives USD 3,500, plus honourable mentions and promotion on Metrar’s channels.
- The competition was open to Argentines and foreign residents in the country who were students or graduates of design-related tertiary, university or postgraduate courses.
- The jury is made up of Roxana Garbarini (FADU-UBA), María José Verón (FAUD-UNC), Daniel Wolf (University of Palermo), Marcela Fibbiani (90+10) and Juan Ignacio Serrot (Metrar).
